DELIVERY & DISPATCH?

We are open Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm. We only ship during the week and the couriers we use only deliver Mon-Fri. Processing time is usually a full working day and delivery is stated as ‘Next Day’ but we have come to learn that this can really mean anything and is interpreted by couriers as they see fit.

If you have an urgent request, always get in contact with us and never assume it will reach you on time, we can try and help if you talk to us.

VISITING & COLLECTION?

Yes, you can visit, by appointment only. This also applies to collection, we are happy to see you, but make an appointment, so we are expecting you and have goods ready for you to look at or to purchase & take away. We don’t have an official shop, we are a mail order business. But we do welcome visitors with an appointment. We can save time and money packing items you can save money that we discount from products as no couriers are required :-)
